**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce logistics, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
**Responsibilities:**
-Mandarin Speaking (required)
- Manage order fulfillment processes from receipt to shipment
- Coordinate with various carriers for shipping and receiving
- Oversee inventory management and stock levels
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) partners
- Ensure accurate pricing and billing for shipments
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or related field
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Familiarity with process improvement techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
